Delivery
We post every working day, to almost every country in the World. If you’re able to submit payment before 3pm GMT, your parcel will be dispatched that very same day. We offer a number of different services provided by the Royal Mail, all of which are insured services and can be fully tracked, thus providing the knowledge and comfort that you’ll always be covered should any problems with the delivery of your parcel arise.
*** UK Flat Rate Delivery Charge ***
We offer a flat rate charge of £2.95 to all UK customers, so you can purchase as many items as you like and pay only 1 delivery charge. Please note that this flat rate can only be applied to an order prior to payment been made.
Our postage costs for overseas customers are always calculated based on the actual weight of the item(s), so you can be sure of never paying more than you should have to in order to receive your parcel.
UK DELIVERY OPTIONS
Standard Delivery
- We use a selection of recorded services provided by the Royal Mail.
- A tracking number is available for all parcels and will be sent to you via our dispatch email.
- There will be no deliveries on Bank Holidays.
- If you are not able to take receipt of the parcel, and it’s not collected or redelivery rearranged within seven calendar days, the item will be returned to us and you will be required to re-pay the postage costs.
Special Next Day Delivery
- Available Monday-Friday (Saturday delivery is an additional £2).
- Order must be completed by 3pm to ensure next day delivery.
- Guaranteed delivery before 1pm.
- Any next day delivery orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays), unless an upgrade to Saturday delivery is made.
- A signature will be required upon receipt.
- A tracking number is available for all parcels and will be sent to you via our dispatch email.
- If you are not able to take receipt of the parcel, the Royal Mail will leave a calling card explaining how to re-arrange delivery or collection.
- If the parcel is not collected or re-delivery arranged within 7 calender days, the item will be returned to us and you will be required to re-pay the postage costs.
EUROPEAN DELIVERY OPTIONS
Estimated delivery time; 3-5 working days
The cost of delivery varies according to the weight of your parcel. Costs can be calculated by selecting your country from the drop-down menu at checkout.

REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY OPTIONS

- Please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details about why or for how long your parcel will be delayed
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS CHARGES?
Any customs or import duties are charged to the recipient of the parcel once the item has arrived at its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and we have no control over such charges. We are unable to tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

DO YOU POST TO MY COUNTRY?
We're pretty confident that wherever you are in the world, you'll be able to receive an item from princesvintage. You just need to select your country from the drop down menu when completing registration to our site
HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?
As soon as your payment has been received and it’s successfully cleared, you’ll receive an email notifying you of this. We post every working day, so within this time, you should also receive a ‘dispatch notification’ email that will include tracking information, so you’ll have piece of mind knowing that your order is on its way.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
With pleasure! You should receive a ‘dispatch notification’ email that will include a link to your tracking information, if you haven’t received this, please email us at general@princesvintage.com – including your order number or item details, and we’ll endeavour to provide you with as much information as possible.
MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED, WHAT SHALL I DO?
Every item posted can be tracked, so even if it’s taking a little longer to arrive than expected, don’t panic! We do our best in making sure that you receive the product in the quickest time possible by posting every working day.
If you’re concerned that your order hasn’t arrived in good time, please email general@princesvintage.com and we’ll endeavour to provide you with as much information as possible.
Please allow 5 working days for the UK, 10 working days for Europe and 12 working days for Rest of the World before contacting us.
